		<description>to all your readers, i became a meatless person (i do eat matzoball soup) 99%.  i changed around 7 years ago......it can be done. even when you are over 55.    i learned to love vegetables, portomushroom sandwiches, rice dishes, sushi, vegtable patties, and jerry's cooking.....and love thai food also, which has so many wonderful things to eat that are meat-free.  oops forgot to mention readers, that i was encourages by TAO.</description>
